Located at the crossroads of Ramat Aviv’s two central arteries,

Brodetsky and Reading Streets, the complex is positioned at a focal urban point.

Maintaining the existing qualities of the historic neighbourhood and the design of its residential typologies,

such as access to rich green space, ample lighting and ventilation, the project allows the neighbourhood to rejuvenate

and grow while respecting the existing heritage qualities of the area.

Design Signature

Brodetsky 33-35 follows a minimalistic and restrained design, stemming from the original grid of the existing apartments that the project seeks to replace. This rigid grid both reflects, represents, as well respects the original thought of the site, honouring its aesthetic.
